Appreciate the help Chris. It has been a long time since I have played online. A big reason I'm choosing Carbon over other sites to play on, is how frequently and quickly you guys are getting back to the players in response to questions.

Hi Ryan or Chris.
I have a question about the 60 day wait period. I currently play on Carbon, but I've played on another skin in the past 60 days. I do not have rakeback on that other skin though. Would I still have to wait 60 days to have rakeback added to my Carbon account or is the 60 days for players that currently have active rakeback accounts and are switching their rakeback to a different skin? Sorry if this is a dumb question I'm kind of a noob.

You are fine, 60 days refers to grandfathered RB accounts. This was the rule with the prior RB program. All of the prior rules will be in effect again.

This is awesome. Rakeback was one of the reasons I was even considering switching to Revolution.

I e-mailed requesting to opt in for rakeback yesterday, but never received a confirmation e-mail it was received. I just want to make sure I am in queue for the change over tomorrow. Any help is greatly appreciated.

As you can imagine, we are getting quite a few emails in on this. We are compiling all the emails, and will have them sent off for action tomorrow.

No, you won't be automatically added, we will be having it done manually.

So if I did join through an affiliate initially, and do now remember what site. What happens then?
