Thanks Ryan for getting me set up.
The only thing they didn't do is set up my rakeback to the day I requested.
I requested the rakebake date back on the day they changed over the new version of software. Could you help me out on that please?

Hi Ryan/Chris..I still have not been attached for Rakeback yet. I had emailed you the same day this thread was posted and got a few replies back that I would be set up but has not happened yet..maybe you guys can look in to it?

i believe i have requested to be switched over to Rakeback. I have requested from a 3rd party, and they said someone else has my account? Not sure who to talk to, to find out or where to start this process? User: schrambow1

Hi, I requested RB on 6/9, and received a response from Justin S. on 6/13 saying it would be applied within 48 hours. I sent a follow up on 6/18 and yesterday asking what the status was as it still has not been applied. Could you please look into my request and have it applied? I believe you said RB would be applied back to the request date.

Hi,

I am passing this along for review. If Justin said he was having it reviewed, I would definitely suggest there must have been some kind of issue that led to the delay in response.

That being said, Ill look into it now.

Sorry, no. I meant my Carbon email. Its all good, back up and running.
