Re: CarbonPoker.ag Withdrawal Thread

All...since Chris has chosen WHO he would like to respond to, I took it upon myself to e-mail support at Carbon...

After a second e-mail; (YES! 2 emails in 1 day! I applaud Carbon support for their timely communications) it was determined that it had not been 6 weeks yet, rather it has been 5 weeks and 2 days. They asked me to bear with them during this process; bear I will...

I fully anticipate Carbon will meet there obligation in the time frame they have specified. I look forward to seeing my check approved and shipped in the next 5 days.

Thank You Chris & Carbon Support Staff

Post Script; Chris I have excellent communication skills and am currently job searching...it seems you guys could use a skilled communications representative. Where can I send my resume? Thanks

Do you think it would just be better using a friend in a foreign country to withdraw funds? Carbon Poker support said they are fine with it. Also, support said they are adding a new withdraw option soon, do you know anything about this? Thanks.

Hey Cory, you certainly do have the option to transfer to another player and have them withdraw on your behalf. You just need to be aware that once you transfer, the other player is not obligated to give it back, so you better make sure you trust that person. They also will not be able to withdraw those funds until 7 days after the transfer.

We are exploring additional withdrawal options, but there is nothing on the front to announce just yet.

There is a 7 day hold on withdrawing transfered funds. After that, it's all clear.

All timeframes are always approximate. Your check will likely be processed in the next batch.

This is my second withdrawal of $2500 and both have taken at least two weeks for the delivery of the check. Not sure why my checks take longer to deliver...

Re: CarbonPoker.ag Withdrawal Thread

Got this from the good ole Carbon support team today;

In regards to your recent inquiry, we are glad to inform you that your withdrawal has been placed on our priority list, and will be send out on the next batch. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Doubt there's such a thing as a "priority list". Cashout will be 6 weeks as of this Friday

Re: CarbonPoker.ag Withdrawal Thread

pretty sure there is a priority list. Thats how all those people got checks approved in under a week two batches ago.

That being said, if there wasnt a priority list support would still prob say there was

The issue of certain withdrawals being processed very very quickly a couple of weeks ago was not done as priority for them, and won't happen again in the future. It is expected for another batch to be processed very shortly and it sounds as if your transaction is likely to be included in it.

So you're saying that when cash outs actually got processed in a reasonable time frame it was just a fluke and it won't happen again?

Re: CarbonPoker.ag Withdrawal Thread

So mega-tilted that my withdrawal that's been pending since 9/17 is going to get processed JUST when I start my week-long vacation next Wednesday (as it'll get approved Monday and delivered Thursday), so I'm going to have to cancel it this weekend and WAIT ANOTHER 4-6 WEEKS TO GET IT. Thanks a lot to those who luckboxed their way into getting check withdrawals approved in 2 days to a week, I get to go 3 months without getting any money off Carbon because I won't be here for UPS to drop off the check, and even if I had a roommate here to get it, the check would bounce by the time I got back to deposit it, guaranteed. Really awesome.

No, what I'm saying, and what I think was pretty clear that I meant, was that players who had waited longer won't get passed over and players who had JUST requested their withdrawals won't get to the front of the line.
