Hi, I'm an American high stakes players who's been playing at Carbon Lately. My problem is that there are only 2 cash out methods: check, I can only cash out one $2500 check per month; or Western Union, can do roughly one $900 cashout per week or $3600 per month. At these levels it's going to be almost impossible to continue playing high stakes on this site.

I used to live in Mexico and still have a bank account there. Questions:

- Can a player in Mexico cash out more than whats listed above or do Carbon's cashout restrictions apply to international players too and not just Americans?
- If I can cash out more in Mexico, can I just switch my bank account info to my Mexican bank and start cashing out now, or will I need to move back to Mexico and officially change my address with Carbon support before I can start doing larger/more frequent cash outs to my Mexican bank account?

At vip level fire it says u can request 2 checks per month. Being as it takes a month to approve a check are you allowed to request 2 checks at the same time?

Not sure what this means. There are not guaranteed timeframes for any withdrawal option. This is the first time that WU withdrawals have slowed down a little bit, however, they are still being processed.

As both Chris and I have said many times in the past, we do everything we can to find a solution that allows players to withdraw the funds as quickly as humanly possible.

I'm sure I don't need to go into details of why it is difficult to withdraw large sums of money to US accounts.

Congratulations on the score, when did you hit it and how much has been paid out thus far? Reason I ask is because a guy I know hit a large score in a tournament several months ago and is still trying to collect.

No NETeller is not available in US or Canada.

If you look on the cashier page of the website, it will give you the available methods of deposit and withdrawal based on your location.

i resent the form added my nickname of the account on it, and this was around a week ago now.. just recieved a email that carbon poker hasn't recieved my uploaded documents..

iv'e been trying to sort this out for over a month now.. when i uploaded the document it said success on the transfer.

please tell me whats going on here.
