i sent a photo of the carbon poker verification form, drivers license, vechile registration, credit card front and back.. and i recieved a email that i was denied for a withdrawl again? why... what is it i done wrong? what do i have to do in order to get approved.

So I know why your Carbon withdrawal is still pending.

Basically, the cashier team have said that the reason is that the same day the last batch of checks was sent, we processed a check for this same customer, but for another of his accounts on another skin, and unfortunately they may not process more than one check per week, per customer (not necessarily per account, but per name) according to our Processor’s rules.

This is the reason your Carbon check is still pending. They also said that they have set your Carbon check as a priority, and it will be processed next.

Not true, you also have to generate rake on the money. There is no set amount, they just want to make sure you are using the funds to facilitate play on the site.

Hello. I am Topcat2012 on Carbonpoker. I have two things that I am really unhappy about. Please help me quick on this one.

1. The biggest problem. I have asked for a withdrawal last week and it seems that all of my 70.000 or so VIP Points have VANISHED. Why did this happen? It was because of the withdrawal? Please cancel it if this is the case and grant me back my points. The request for withdrawal is still pending for approval for 5 days and can be cancelled as the money were not sent anyway.
2. The time necesarry to review my documents. I have submitted my ID 3 days ago and the Account verification form 2 days ago. How much would it still last to review it and send me the money?

Please cancel the withdrawal if my bonus was canceled because of it and grant back my VIP Points. Otherwise please proceed with the withdrawal. Thank you very much. I consider myself a high roller because I play a ton of games at medium-high stakes and this problems are of high priority for me. I hope they have the same priority for you. Thank you for your help and understanding.

I think the VIP thing is a technical difficulty on Carbon's part,
I'm also having the same problem on My Admin,
and there are others who have encountered the same problem.

I guess just wait for CarbonChris or CarbonRyan to answer your other Q's.

Let me answer you questions as best as I can.

1. I can see your points balance is still over 70k, so no worries there. As I mentioned in the VIP thread, there seems to be a display issue in the player admin at the moment. I am talking with our tech guys to get this resolved asap.

2. Ive sent a request off to the support team to see if they can take a look for your documents, and see if they are sufficient to verify your account. As soon as I hear one way or the other, I will get back to you.

All non-US withdrawals can take up to 7 days to process, all dependant on the available resources in the cashier team to review and process them all.
