if you read the form, you can block out certain numbers on the front and block out the 3 digit code on the back. it is simply to prove that the card exists, but you are not entrusting all of your CC info to Carbon. They will only have the expiration date as a result of viewing the picture.
other sites follow the same format, it is (unfortunately) the landscape we are in as players.

Support doesn't really understand what I am trying to tell them about them being prepaid , they keep saying get a bank statement or proof from my bank, and i keep telling them i bought them at the store and there is none of that for me to get. I am waiting on a reply now.. So i figured i would ask you guys if any of you have gone through this and what you had to do to get verified, i figured someone has since a lot of usa players use prepaid gift cards because it is all that works. any help would be greatly appreciated
Thanks

I understand. I'll try and reach out to them. Can I get your screen name?

Essentially what poker243 said. If you want to block out a small portion of the numbers and the 3 digit number on back, you can. Like they mentioned, it's to ensure the card exists and is in your possession.

Re: CarbonPoker.ag Withdrawal Thread
Carbon Support,
As far as becoming eligible to use Western Union withdrawals, I assume it is based on 1) how much rake this player gives you, 2) successful transaction history with this player, etc.
Does VIP status have anything to do with it? So, if i move my VIP status higher am I more likely to be selected for WU withdrawals.
I am making a full switch from Revolution to Merge and WU withdrawals are very important to me.

I would love to be able to tell you yes, but I cant. Merge does not tell us what metrics they use to determine eligibility other than that accounts need to have a good history with us.

Support are running a little low on staffing at the moment as far as I have heard, which is leading to delays across the board. The reviews necessary to ensure the legitimacy of the funds prior to withdrawal are taking a little longer than expected.

Based on what I can see on your account, there shouldn't be any issues. You should be set for making the WU withdrawal.

Awesome. Thanks for looking into it for me. I am more than thankful for your speedy response, i am losing hair over the Customer service on a competitors site so this is such a relief. I see there was a 30$ fee is that a flat rate? also is there a limit of WU withdrawals per week month etc? thank you again for the information.

Yes, that's a flat rate for this option. There is no weekly limit, but there is a $4,000 monthly limit.

I believe that the fee is a %, not a flat rate.
