I'll need your screen name to look at your account. It's possible the balance is related to a bonus in some way, but I'm not sure without looking at it.

Most are under 10 days. Not quite back down to the 72 hour maximum we had previously. How long have you been waiting now?

Hi, your request was made on 28th June. Checks are taking up to 6 weeks to process currently, so you still have a while to wait at the moment.

That would make your request pretty high up in the queue, and more than likely pending to be sent out in the next batch.

Every 4-6 weeks. Sometimes there are some small ones in between.

What is the general policy on the play through requirements to withdraw funds that another player has transferred me? I am seeing answers on play through requirements on bonuses and promos, but nothing about player to player transfers. Thank you!
