Re: CarbonPoker.ag Withdrawal Thread

Are withdrawal requests stone random? I along with a few other people are very angry about some people that've successfully gotten check withdrawals approved a week, or even a day or two after requesting them, while I and others have been waiting 3-5 weeks without a word.

I don't believe that they are random and all are set within a queue. I will ask our Payments Team if a batch of later requests were processed before previous ones. Can you PM me your username and I will look into this.

Sorry for the inconvenience here.

Same thing happened to me as well. Ive had a check pending since 9/1 and wasnt included in this batch, while it seems numerous people who requested checks in the last week were.

Sorry, don't know how to cross-post, but this is from the main Carbon CS thread:

(My response)
I would also appreciate a comment on this. Neither VIP level nor dollar amount of the withdrawal seems to make sense. I mean, some guy who "just hit earth" had his $500 withdrawal processed on October 3rd that he submitted on OCTOBER 2nd , while I sit here waiting for my withdrawal as a Water VIP player who submitted my withdrawal request in mid-late August. The bingo/lottery processing is phenomenally frustrating.

Re: CarbonPoker.ag Withdrawal Thread

Hey CarbonChris,

I'm trying to get my account verified. I have sent all the documents needed(drivers license, signed form, CC).

I received a reply from support stating that my documents were in order, except for my credit card photo's. I re-uploaded those photos again, yet, I received another response stating I need to upload the photo's for my CC.

I just e-mailed them again, asking what the specific problem was. The photos are very clear and good quality. I labeled them correctly and uploaded them to the Merge server two times.

I used a prepaid visa debit/credit card. It says "Valued Customer" where a person's name would usually go. I'm really confused on what the problem is.

I would appreciate any info you could provide. Thank you.

I spoke with support just now. Based on the latest documents they received, your account is considered fully verified. Nothing else required.

Where is the link on the cashier page or player admin page to get verified?
