Re: Upcoming Ether + Concierge Service

I more than agree. I'm an adult, thanks ;-) always acting like one when this game brings the worst out of me is a different thing. Bad beats, seeing bad plays be REWARDED is what usually angers me indeed.

Playing on a new site now, where i contacted support myself to disable my chat function altogether.. for the best, for everyone, even myself and the game, because i'll often educate bad players while i'm ranting

You should be happy when people make "bad plays" against you. That's where your money comes from.

Hehe, yeah, on the other site it is indeed where my money is coming from now, aswell as better Rakeback Too bad that on Merge instead, the money from their bad plays is all going to Merge/Carbon instead, and not to me due to insane LHE rake.

You just don't play enough. Logging into your account once every 6 months isn't going to cut it.

Re: CarbonPoker.ag VIP Program Thread

my vip points have disappeared over night, had like 3000 of them or so, i know i can't use them for cash exchange, but was going to use them for a tourney entry? I switched to Rack back earlier in the month of july, but i was told i don't lose these points, just can't use them for cash?

I am fairly certain that your VIP points will all be depleted if you switch to RB from the VIP program. It was discussed somewhere in the "Rakeback is Back" thread.

I don't believe you lost these points because of switching to RB. Can you post your screen name please, and I'll have a look for you? Thanks.

Hi,

Whats your player ID?

It could just be a display issue. I will take a look on our back end and see whats up.

Re: CarbonPoker.ag VIP Program Thread

Hi all,

Due to the downtime from Merge last night, the VIP Program promotions like (VIP Cash Rebates, VIP Tier update, etc) have been delayed.

We are in the process of running the script as we speak. Payments will be made in few hours.

Thanks for your patience as always.

Ryan

This is true for going the other way -- from rakeback to VIP. Don't think it's the case for VIP to rakeback.

I'm showing your account still has a VIP point balance of 3,070. None were taken away at any point. Not sure what would have caused you to see something other than that. Perhaps cause it's the first of the month, you saw 'VIP Points Earned This Month:0". That's my only guess.

I am experiencing the same issue. My VIP Point balance reads zero, and the thermometer for remaining points to reach Royalty+ has been reset.

Re: CarbonPoker.ag VIP Program Thread

yes, the web based page is different this month, don't show my lifetime vip points, nor the current ones,
if i go on through the game, i can see a different screen showing the points, however, when i try and log on through the web page, or the dash board screen, then this information is not there.
