It really comes down to the amount to volume you intent to put in. If you can rake over $2,500 per month, then definitely the VIP Program. This tier is called Ether and is worth 45% cashback.
ie. If you play 17 x $50 + $5 SnG's per day, then you will make Ether.
Can anyone else chime in and help guide ChekReyes in the right direction.
Let me know if you need any help.

Like i said in another thread: RB for -everyone- to start out, if you rake over 2500$ in a month, and think you'll continue to do so, then switch to VIP once you're Ether.

Hi,
That 2250 is the total of points you need to earn to fully redeem the bonus. So far, you have earned 13.
You earn $1 towards your bonus for every 75 points you earn, and the bonus is released into your account in $5 increments (every 375 points).
I hope this helps explain the issue more.

Re: CarbonPoker.ag VIP Program Thread
Hello Ryan,
Not sure if I should be posting this here or in the general support thread, but I'm having issues with the Race to Riches multiplier. The list of tournaments provided on this page:
http://www.carbonpoker.ag/promotions...or-riches.html
do not jibe with the daily tournaments actually offered. At least they didn't yesterday. I assume "daily" means that each day this particular tournament is offered. Given the subtle differences between the list and what was actually offered (for example, a $30 with two rebuys and addon was actually a $60 freezeout and 15 minutes later), I took my best guesses and played them. I played in 6 of the 10 multiplier eligible tournaments but was given credit for only three. My multiplier is currently 1.3 and they bumped up immediately upon being knocked out of each tournament.
Is there a way to get credit for the other tournaments I played? I carefully marked down from the list and played only the ones that would give me the extra .1 multipliers. I see that others in the race already have their multipliers up to 2.0, so it confuses me how they got there without the listed tournaments being correct. There's a note at the end of the list that the schedules are changed from time to time, so we should check back to that list for up to date info, but it's not up to date. Any help?
Also just one more question about this, does it matter when in the week you earn your multipliers? If you earn them earlier, do the points you accrue during the week apply immediately, or is the multiplier retroactive for the entire week?
I have emailed support about this (and other things), but they do not respond to my emails anymore. Also, I should say that I play on PDC Poker. I am in "Royalty" VIP status (Ether on Carbon) and am not receiving normal rakeback.
Thank you.

Hi,
No, it doesnt matter what time in the week you earn your multiplier.
That list should be correct in the timing and description of the eligible tournaments, only the GTD may be different.
We have discussed this issue a few places on here, and the consensus now is that the list of daily tournaments is correct for the actual time and description, just the GTD could be different.
Does that help?
Ryan

Re: CarbonPoker.ag VIP Program Thread
Thanks for your fast reply, Ryan!
PDC's server time matches my actual time (EDT), so that shouldn't be an issue.
Here are the tournaments that I played. 3 got credit, 3 did not. As you can see one of the tournaments that did not exactly match the ones listed on the promo page got credit, while others did not.
Listed:
Sunday 125k Guaranteed
15:00 - $30+$3 ($4,000 Guaranteed - 2 Rebuys / 1 Addon)
18:30 - $20+$2 ($3,000 Guaranteed Freezeout)
19:15 - $30+$3 ($7,500 Guaranteed Freezeout)
21:00 - $30+$3 ($5,000 Guaranteed - Rebuys / Addon)
00:00 - $30+$3 ($5,000 Guaranteed Turbo - 1 Rebuy / 1 Addon)
Played:
Sunday 125k Guaranteed - GOT CREDIT
15:00 - $55+$5 ($3,000 Guaranteed Freezeout) - GOT CREDIT - and this is different than what's listed
18:00 - $20+$2 ($2,000 Guaranteed Freezeout) - GOT CREDIT - and this is different than what's listed
20:15 - $30+$3 ($5,000 Guaranteed Freezeout) - No Credit, and nothing available close to what's listed
21:00 - $55+$5 ($5,000 Guaranteed Freezeout) - No Credit, and no $30/rebuy tournament around this time
00:00 - $55+$5 ($6,000 Guaranteed Deepstack Turbo) - No Credit, similar to what's listed but not the same and not available at other near times.
If it helps, my "Player ID" is 1030400.

Hi,
Server time is not EDT. It is an hour behind current Eastern Time. That is a common misconception.
Are you quoting the times of 'Played' based on your local time? If so, thats probably your issue. Change your local time to CDT, and that will match up with server time and you can find the correct tournaments more appropriately.

Re: CarbonPoker.ag VIP Program Thread
Yes, my local time. The clock displayed on the client software is the same time as it is where I am. Does it have something to do with the time zone setting in the software? To avoid confusion, what time zone should I set in the software? I want it to be exactly the same as server time to avoid future confusion.
As noted, I couldn't find some of the tournaments listed, but found some similar ones, and even got credit for one of them. How can that be explained? Are you able to find the listed tournaments above in the schedule today? Because I can't. If you can, please tell me exactly what you're seeing.
Edit: Ok, I see that I had set my time zone in the software to my local time which was causing the issue. I also see that when you change your local time zone the listed times of the tournaments get shifted. I bet many players get confused with this. For my own convenience and sanity I have set my "local" time to server time. Now I will look for the tournaments listed and hope I find them. I still can't figure out why I got credit for one of the tournaments when it was different than what was listed.
Edit2: I see the correct tournaments now. However, I did actually play the one at 19:15 yesterday (20:15 my time!), but it's now a $5k guarantee, not $7,500. I would like credit for that.

Reason: why is this so complicated!
