Re: Upcoming Ether + Concierge Service

I was under the same impression as Glissdaddy and PokerPoopy for a few months and lost out on thousands in value.

I think that the wording of the VIP program offers were/are confusing and that's why 3 of your highest volume players such as ourselves were all still using RB accounts for quite some time.

Perhaps Chris or Ryan will forward this issue to someone internally who can take a look at rewording it to be more clear?

Definitely, we will take a look at it next week and see if we can come up with something better.

To that end, is there any specific phrasing that throws you off at all? Sometimes it's hard to relate, because we know how it works so well, that it can be harder to identify awkward or confusing phrasing. If there's anything on the site that you think can be more clear, let us know.

Thanks.

TY for your response, could you help tell me how to get this setup? I want to switch over to the VIP system then, while still being in my races on my affiliated site.

Could you tell me what I would have to do? Also, could you let me know what I have to do in order to not lose any points or anything like that?

All your accumulated points are cleared once you change over; that is a consolation of the changeover.

Re: Upcoming Ether + Concierge Service

Does this mean my VIP points balance, or like my whole history of points too?

Also, would I start at the same VIP level I already am? (Ether)

Not exactly sure what ou mean by history of points? To try and clarify, it just zeros out your current VIP points balance. And yes, you'd start at Ether.

Re: CarbonPoker.ag VIP Program Thread

Is 10,000 VIP points the minimum you can exchange for cash? I have 3340 VIP points, am a VIP Wind and want to exchange these points for cash before switching over to rakeback. I can only find the location to trade 10,000 and 20,000. Please help.

Wind players can exchange their points for cash unlimited amount of times at a rate of 7% (1,000 VIP points for $7 instant cash). You are referencing to 10,000 VIP points, so are you Water or Wind?

You can find out more information about the points to cash exchange here.

Let me know if you need more information.

Re: CarbonPoker.ag VIP Program Thread

Afaik, it's 5000 VIP points for 50$ at Ether. The lower VIP levels have exchanges for lower VIP points and lower $'s respectively. I'm really not sure where you're getting 10000 points needed from.

Read all about it here: http://www.carbonpoker.ag/vip-rewards/VIPtiers.html

"For our more active players, Wind rewards players with cash back, larger freeroll tournaments, and Points for Cash Exchange*. Other benefits include:

Daily 7.5% Cash Rebates paid directly to your poker account for every VIP point earned
Cash Exchange* - unlimited exchange* of 1,000 vip points for $7 instant cash
$10,000 freeroll on the last Saturday of every month - open to ALL players in our VIP Program
Use VIP points for free tournament entry
$15 Check withdrawal

How to Qualify: Earn 750 VIP points in a calendar month"

As you can see: 1000 points for 7$.

edit: nvm Chris beat me to it

Re: CarbonPoker.ag VIP Program Thread

I understand that I should be able to get $7 per 1000 VIP points. My question is where can I do this? I have looked in the VIP Program tab under Promotions in the new lobby and my only option is to trade 10,000 or 20,000 VIP points for $100 or $200 respectively which does not make any sense based on my VIP level. I just want the $21 I am suppose to get for my 3000 VIP points before I switch over to the rakeback system.
