Ryan, I can send screenshots to try to make the operation - please give me an e-mail to You (this may help with something).

Best regards
Sure thing, you can email them to viphost@carbonpoker.ag

Also, please try Google Chrome browser, just to be sure, as both IE and Firefox have had issues like this in the past.

Hello Ryan,

I sent a message to your email with screenshots. You did just as well have tried the browser chrome - did not help. If you have any ideas after seeing the screenshots let me know.

If the transfers are within the limits it is instant, but if it is over them then it has to be manually approved. This shouldn't take more than 24 hours.

Re: CarbonPoker.ag Player to Player (P2P) Thread

Hi all,

We’ve upped the p2p xfer limit defaults from $100/$500/$1000 to:

Daily: $500
Week: $1000
Month: $3000

Min $1.

Same rules/verification required as always.

Hope this helps you guys move more money around and facilitates more play for you all.

Have you tried using a different internet browser to see if that makes a difference? I have heard that some players who had this issue found that it was fixed by moving to Google Chrome.
