Re: CarbonPoker.ag Player to Player (P2P) Thread

Hello I am trying to transfer some funds to a friend but the software tells me I cannot initiate a transfer at this time. Is there something I can do so that I can transfer funds? I have recently asked the same thing to support, reference number LTK572014832047X . Thanks

Hi, in order to be able to make player to player transfers, you have to have your account fully verified.

Have you verified your account?

If you have, perhaps you need to try a new web browser?

Are you allowed to transfer the funds to your own accounts between the 3 skins? Is this done the same way as a normal P2P transfer? Which 3 skins allow this?
Sorry if this has already been answered.

Yep, you sure can.

Aced, PDC and Carbon.

Re: CarbonPoker.ag Player to Player (P2P) Thread

I am unable to initiate transfers and PDC support never replies. I submitted verification documents months ago and have received numerous incoming transfers. How can I fix this problem? or even find out what the problem is? I am selecting the player to player transfer option from the program itself, so selecting a different browser is not an option.

Everyone is able to receive transfers but an account must be verified in order to send. If you send me your screen name, I can look into what you need to do.

Re: CarbonPoker.ag Player to Player (P2P) Thread

When I am sending money to another player, it comes up on my P2P history as "pending", along with dollar amount, etc. When I am receiving a transfer, should I also see "pending" or will it be blank until security lets the transfer go through?

I received the transfer and knew I would eventually...was just curious. After further research, it seems like you do NOT see a pending transaction when you are on the receiving end.

To send you must be verified. To receive you do not need to be.

Re: CarbonPoker.ag Player to Player (P2P) Thread

Hello Chris/Ryan...

I am looking for the player2player transfer option, but I can't seem to find it anywhere in my player admin. Can you please guide me? My account should be fully verified. Is there a time frame in which I must be a successful member on the site before the feature is available to me? If so, how long?

Player ID: FUGovernment

Is there a limit to how much $ a player can transfer at once? What is the expected turnaround time once a transfer has been submitted before it goes through successfully?

Thank you in advance for your patience.

DangTheRiver, At the top left hand corner of the client/lobby you'll see "Account", in that drop down menu you'll see p2p transfers.
