Re: CarbonPoker.ag Client Improvement Thread

Some kind of option to control popups and shut down inactive tables w/o having to search for them in SNGs would be fantastic. I know the inactive tables eventually die, but if I'm knocked out in the first couple of hands and miss it, the table stays there until the entire tournament is over plus a couple of minutes.

Not a huge deal because I know this is a multi-tabler problem and your efforts should be spent attracting casual players, but I feel like I spend half my sessions clicking away popups and clearing dead tables. Maybe a settings check box or something? Or modify the "Bring Active Game to Front" option to override games that are just starting (I don't need new games to come to front until a hand is dealt).

Re: CarbonPoker.ag Client Improvement Thread

I have my profile set for "wait for BB." When I take a seat, I don't have to take any actions until dealt in as the bb and it's my turn. This is great.

The problem occurs when I timeout as the big blind while starting up new tables. If I don't sit back in and pay my small blind, I'm forced to miss the button. Fair enough. But, sitting in, I am not dealt cards until the big blind again.

I wish when I turn off the "auto blind" button on a particular table, it would give me the option of paying the small blind and getting cards after the button. I fear if I turn off the "wait for BB" in my profile, I will post the blinds on every table where I am waiting for the BB. It appears that the "wait for BB" in my profile stops me from being able to post a small blind in late position after timing out.

Help!

Re: CarbonPoker.ag Client Improvement Thread

When playing stud, the advanced fold box does not pop up until the bring in posts. This is annoying because if the bringin lags you have to wait until they post the bringin to click the fold box. When multi tabling this is especially annoying.

Also add fixed limit holdem heads up sit and gos above $23. Fixed limit omaha, a game that hardly even exists, goes up to $114.50. I've been trying for a year to get higher limits than $23 for fixed limit holdem but it has not happened. It seems incredibly easy and I can't see any reason for there not to be games higher.

Is this still an ongoing issue for you?

Thanks Venetian. Yeah, this seems like a simple enough improvement. Nothing major, but I can see how this would help. Something to be looked at.

This is a good idea. Obviously a lot of that info in going to be posted in the sub-forum here, but we want to relay that info in as many ways as possible.

Yeah, I can definitely see how that would be annoying, especially if you've got a few different tables going. Something we'll look at here as well.

Making the stack sizes bigger and more readable. This is very helpful for multitabling mtters. I basically have to choose miniview w/no chips(which sometimes makes it hard to see if someone 3 bet in front of me) and no chat. Or I go w/the regular view where I can chat and see the chips of the bet which helps me follow the action, but the stack sizes are hard to read.

I completely understand your issue DeuceSeven. I have sent this over to be reviewed. I don't think this will be updated before 6.0 and may not make the cut either, but Merge is now aware of this issue.

Thanks.

Re: CarbonPoker.ag Client Improvement Thread

I would like to be able to decrease the size of the 'regular' tables (not mini) even further. I absolutely abhor mini mode and would love to be able to see the chatbox and chips on smaller tables. ATM i am forced to bear with a lot of overlap in my 'regular' tables while multitabling. 9-tables is the absolute max I can play because of this issue. I am using 1920x1200 resolution and this is a problem for me.

Thanks

+1, Its so much easier to see in mini-mode, would be great if you could insert a small chat box.
