Carbon Deposit Bonus Questions

I was wondering if/how long it takes to clear a deposit bonus with carbon. I have a roll on there from a x-fer but they said I need to make a deposit before I can cashout. If the process is relatively smooth I think I'm going to do max deposit if not I'll make a very small one. Also will the bonus affect my rakeback at all? Thanks

Hi,

No, unlike the system at FTP, bonuses are not deducted from your rakeback payments.

Clearing a bonus is all dependant on you and your playing style and volume.

Initiating a withdrawal will cancel your bonus, so, I guess the easy answer is no.

Did a search and can't find this answer...

I just made an initial deposit of $150 with a bonus of 150%. I see you talking about the 100%/600 bonus and the advanced rate of clearing it. I must be blind, but i can't find either here, or on Carbon, what the rate of clearing is for my deposit. Any help would help...

BTW, being new to Carbon, what are the different levels of stars (bronze, silver, gold) and the different numbers of stars mean.

TIA

Re: Carbon deposit bonus questions

Is rakeback automatically included in the deposit bonus or are there certain bonus codes that you must use?

Re: Carbon Deposit Bonus Questions

I think you need to sign up through an affiliate. Otherwise you go through the VIP program and get RB that way (at a much worse return unless/untill you're Ether, the top of the VIP program if you rake 2500$ in a month).

About the bonus codes, afaik the initial deposit, aswell as most deposit bonuses are 10% return, whereas the JUNE600 code is 20% return. (65% rate if you're a RB player however), so 6.5% and 13% return if you're a RB player i guess.

Some of the info isn't readily available to find as it is now. If you want to post your screen name, I can tell you the clearance rate on the bonus you have now.

As for the star levels, they are unfortunately a little bit random and arbitrary, and we're working on a way to better standardize them.

I'm not sure if you accidentally sent it to Ryan maybe, but I didn't get a PM from you.

Re: Carbon Deposit Bonus Questions

Didnt want to start another thread. But I had a few questions.

I signed up and deposited on carbon recently through RTR. Generally I find the interface ok, I really like the support and number of different things you are doing. Liquidity is meh but ok. I used to play on Full tilt a lot pre-BF.

Rake schedule in limit games is crap. I see you are trying to convince merge to do something about it. If so, I would consider putting in serious volume.

Question:
1. Is there a time limit for clearing the first deposit bonus?

2. A while back I randomly got a $25 "free julyaug" bonus that just got deposited into my account. Since the money is already in my account do I have to playthrough to clear it? In the bonus window, it shows up as an active bonus with 808 VIP points remaining, and status "in progress", but I've already got the money ?

Glad you seem to be liking things so far.

1.90 days.

2.I don't know that bonus exactly, it's likely the withdrawal playthrough. If you post your screen name, I can have a look for you though.

Re: Carbon Deposit Bonus Questions

I just signed up for rakeback on Carbon. I've never done rakeback before and was curious do I need to wait to deposit until my rakeback is verified through the affiliate, or can I just start playing and the rakeback will start crediting once my account is verified. Thanks.

You'll need to contact your affiliate to see if they have any special rules in place. But in the past, I've never heard of any player having to wait to play or deposit.
