RESOLVED: not allowed to rebuy into "unlimited" rebuy tournament
I was playing in the $5000 Guaranteed #48851901 unlimited rebuy tournament. I had $6.60 invested in the tournament when i was eliminated. Within less than 5 seconds of being eliminated, I clicked the button to rebuy, and the site did not allow me reentry, it said it was too late to reenter. It would not have been possible to reenter any faster.
I would not have made the call I did if I had known I would not be able to rebuy, and wasted $6.60 in this tournament.
I know its not a lot of money, but it is still annoying. Any chance of getting my money refunded?

You're only able to rebuy for the first hour.

The rebuy attempt was well within the first hour.

Carbon responded to me by saying that I did not accept the rebuy offer, which I am saying that I did accept within seconds. After the volume I have been putting into Carbon (over $100k worth of buyins), why would I be disputing a $3 tournament without a legitimate reason?

Re: not allowed to rebuy into "unlimited" rebuy tournament
Typical response below. I am not getting refunded, and they are ignoring / denying a problem with the software.
If there was no indicator of a failure, why did it prevent me from rebuying?
Thank you for contacting us.
We are sorry for the inconvenient, but we checked what you were asking and in our system there is no indicator of a failure.
We are always here to help you. Please feel free to reply to this email if you have any additional questions in relation to this or any other matter

Re: not allowed to rebuy into "unlimited" rebuy tournament
Just want to add that this isn't really about the $6 for me. It is about the software making an error, and the problem being ignored (instead of being addressed and fixed), and me basically being accused of making the whole thing up,or not being competent enough to know how to rebuy into a tournament.
That being said, I don't think I am asking for anything unreasonable or unfair to want my buyin refunded.

Re: not allowed to rebuy into "unlimited" rebuy tournament
It's retarded how they give you like 10 seconds to reload/rebuy or youre out of the tourny.
Like today, i couldnt rebuy b/c I wasn't quick enough to rebuy b/c I was playing other tables

Re: not allowed to rebuy into "unlimited" rebuy tournament
It was not even 10 seconds. I busted out and immediately clicked rebuy, and it said it was too late.
I keep getting this response from Carbon:
Dear George,
Thank you for contacting us.
In regards to your inquiry, the rebuy option was given to you, which was declined. There were no issues found during the tournament related to the rebuys.
Maybe Carbon did not find an issue, but I did.

Re: not allowed to rebuy into "unlimited" rebuy tournament
Sorry for not following up on this thread sooner. Wanted to post that Carbon took care of this and credited my account with a tournament entry coupon.
