Merge should know that PLO8 is more popular than PLO. Yet there are twice as many PLO tourneys for Maximus and they're spread out over 5 days. PLO8 only has three tourneys and they all run basically at the same time on the same day. And there are no satellites to any of them. Last night there were 216 runners in the $3.30 PLO8. We need some love.

For real...whats an O8er got to do?

O8 traffic outweighs PLO traffic in mtt and sngs all day everyday. Current O8 mtts constantly exceed their G's. More tournaments with some higher buyins ($109 10KG)and satellites would certainly fill.

Definitely would be a good thing to see more non NLHE type tournaments in the mix. I'm all for seeing PLO/PLO8 and Horse especially.

I'd like to see some $180 6m superturbo satellites for the $530

To me, I would love if the main event had a deepstack starting stack of 10k and blinds moving every 30 min. Allow for more play, more poker, less luck and flips in the later levels of the tournament.

Can we PLEASE get a 7 card stud hi event if there's not one? I would LOVE a pot limit one, like the games you are spreading now, which I've never seen anywhere but on merge and it's a kickass game. I'm gonna try and start some non-micro games of it, but the micro games do run all the time!

Also, I've searched but cant find a poker maximus schedule, can someone link it please? I'm guessing because it keeps changing or maybe instead of google I should log into the client and see if its there.

+1, PL Stud is AWESOME. Back in the FT days, HU Stud was also quite fun.

Yeah, this kind of structure would take far too long to complete. While I agree that it would be great, its simply not practical.

What does that EV:$XXXXX mean at every tourney?

EV is the overlay in the tournament. I.E. 10k guarantee with only 8k in buyins would have an EV of 2k

So, we're only a couple days away, is anyone signed up for any tournaments yet? What's everyone's schedule look like?

is there any incentive to try and play as many of these tournies as possible, like if you top the leader board what is the prize if anything at all?
