Ryan,

Is it possible to do a p2p transfer on Carbon without depositing first? I had not deposited on my account at all, and was looking to transfer some funds to a friend. But when I sent a email to support they had told me in the list of documents they needed from me that they needed a copy of my first deposit. I really would like to transfer without having to deposit. Thanks for all your help

Re: Official CarbonPoker Support Thread

Ryan,

I'm moving to Canada next week and have been in contact w/ support about changing my address, but I figured I'd ask you as well since support is hit or miss a lot of the time.

Is a signed lease agreement enough? All utilities are included so I won't have bills other than a pre-paid cellphone.

That should be enough.

Depending on where in Canada you are moving to, you can get your name on a pre-paid cell phone statement, which gives you another bill to use.

CC me all the documents once you have them, and I will make sure that they look good and go to the correct people if you are finding you arent getting a fast response.

Hi Twiggy,

Sorry, you want to send a transfer to another player, but have never deposited? In the documents you send in, you just need to put in there that your account was funded via transfer, not a deposit.

In reply to my earlier post. Ryan was very very helpful. Though I am still playing the waiting game for now I believe he probably saved me from having to wait another day or two.

Thanks again Ryan, job well done sir.

Ryan,

Looking to follow the steps to get verified to be able to transfer funds and when I go to my player admin I don't have a verification tab available. The faq says there should be one on the side, and I'm not finding one at all. Thanks for the help. I really appreciate it.

Hey Twiggy,

I attached this to another post; it shows where you go to upload your documents.

Question, how does the VIP program cashback thing mesh with rakeback? If I've got 7.5% due to being Wind, does that mean I'm getting 7.5% cashback/rakeback + my 35% rakeback?

Hi Jerle,

If you are on a rakeback plan (35%), you are not eligible for any of the VIP rebates. You are locked at 35%, no matter how much you play.

If you feel that you will earn more that 35% on the VIP program, you can always opt to drop your rakeback at any time. If you do, keep in mind we zero out your remaining points balance, and it is not reversible.

Let us know if you want more details.

Feel free to post up or PM me your player ID and I can look into your withdrawal to see if there are any issues.

Re: Official CarbonPoker Support Thread

I know Carbon poker has a casino. But I heard someone said they bet sports as well. Is it on the carbon client or another merge site?
