More Table Options Deep/Shallow Stack - Carbon Poker

Deep stack Tables (200BB)
Shallow Stack

.1/.25 PLO HU tables* please don't tell me to create this @ custom tables b/c they are worthless and not visible to the main game lobby area.

I'm pretty sure all the players would love to see such tables again, especially deep stack tables
