Yo Ryan is the underlining issue with the whole withdrawal processing time mainly a issue caused by constantly having to move to new processors so the DOJ cant track and steal money from the banks?

Just curious, its the only thing that makes sense to me..

Heya,

I don't want to speculate on how that process works, but I don't think this would be a huge issue.

I would more likely assume it to be an issue related to volume over most other things.

Thank you for contacting us.

As stated before it takes 6-8 weeks to be approved and delivered, this is the 6th week since you requested your withdrawal.

once they hit the 6 week mark they tried to tell me its been 6-8 wks all along... been saying 4-6... can't wait to hear.. what do you mean it's 8-10

Re: CarbonPoker.ag Withdrawal Thread

GAD, I'm glad I have a relatively small BR. It's frustrating to hear some of the experiences stated ITT. I would hate to actually have a decent roll on Carbon seeing as that it seems worse than pulling teeth to cash out. LOL, my condolences to those that split the 1M bad beat jackpot. Winning the jackpot is great. Actually being able to experience the winnings, eh, not so much.

Ah well. What do you expect after BF? My regards to the support trying to help everyone with their withdrawals. I just hope the process gets more streamlined. I would be more inclined to put more money on this site, but not after reading this...

You're probably right Ryan. I assume its volume as well which explains the longer and longer withdrawl times as merge adds new players. It sucks though since the player pool will most likely only get larger, which will cause even longer cash out times. But at the same time I assume players still would like to have larger player pools.

Hey Bonedust,

This is the exact reason we are trying so hard to find alternate, sustainable funding sources for you guys.

I know our payments team are working diligently to get a new source up and running as soon as possible. The biggest hurdle is finding one that is totally secure, reliable, and sustainable.

I know I keep using the term 'sustainable', but I feel it is the most important aspect in securing a new funding source.

Carbon Ryan
I was one of the unlucky people who had waited like 8 weeks to finally get a check which BOUNCED. So i had to re-request a check whick finally took place monday about 2 weeks till it was approved. The good news is it came today- the bad news HOPEFULLY NOT is it is from the same vendor or comapnay Carbon used to send the bounced check???? I PRAY that this check doesnt BOUNCE- it is thru a different bank in CANADA... PLEASE tell me I dont have to worry this will BOUNCE again????????? I know my bank said that because it is a foreign bank there really is no timeframe for when it can bounce and be charged back to my account. If it is drawn on a US bank it is only 3-5 business days and then as a customer you dont have to worry about a chargeback. PLEASE CARBON DONT F_ ME AGAIN.. It would be ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE to have anotherr bonced check.............
thanks

Hey Busttout,

I can fully appreciate your apprehension, but to the best of my knowledge, no one has expressed any concern over any potential issues with this batch so far.

If I hear of anything, you guys are obviously our first port of call, but for now, everything should be sweet.

Let me know if you have any more questions.

I been waiting for this check since November. I really feel that it is only fair that I get this next check put on priority for the troubles caused by my bounced check. If that check hadnt bounced, my next check would have been in the queue for over 4 weeks at this point.
