Well since I am no longer getting any response through PM I suppose that this is the next best option, so here is the Scenario on 1/10/12 I ordered the monitor from the store for 33kish points, I did not hear anything from the store or from carbon except that they got my order. After not hearing back or receiving anything on 2/8 I decided to email CarbonChris and CarbonRyan with all pertinent information, (screenname, order number, etc.) I was happy to receive communication from CarbonRyan on 2/8 and 2/9 that the item I ordered was an EU item and they need to change it to a comparable but not the exact monitor for me to receive it in the US, it was close enough so I was fine with this
and let them know on 2/9
On 2/10 CarbonRyan said that they would change it, and send me an email with shipping number and information. On 2/13 I was pleasantly surprised to see that I got an email with my order number and a tracking number with fedex, I go to check the tracking number there is no information (which I find weird cuz you usually get the tracking number when you ship the item) nonetheless I was optimistic and thought nothing of it.
On 2/15 CarbonChris sent me a PM saying that he was told that they sent the item and here is the tracking information (same number as in my email) Again I check the information and still nothing on Fed Ex website, on 2/15 I replied to CarbonChris about no tracking information. On 2/16 I msged CarbonChris again, on 2/17 I msged CarbonRyan, and again on 2/20 I msged CarbonChris. I still have not heard back from them.
It now has been almost 6 weeks since my original placement of the order and I feel that I am no closer to getting my monitor as I was then (esp since it is no longer in the store) 33k points is nothing to laugh at and I gladly would have used them in the 125k guarantee if I knew that it was going to be this much of a process. I'm sure that most of you can imagine my frustration, I don't know if the VIP store is a 3rd party business separate from Carbon, but between the Merge Cashier and the VIP store seems like Carbon really needs to think about who they are associating themselves with.

Why do the costs of items keep changing in the VIP store? I have had this happen six or seven times now in regards to the iPhone 4s 64gb. Several times I would check the price and it was something like 117,890 fpps. Then other times(like now) I check the VIP store and the price has again changed to 118,660 or something like that. Why do you keep doing this? It makes it seem so sketchy that every time my fpp count is close to the amount needed for an expensive item, the price is raised so that I have to play more.

Update: looks like that the VIP store sent both myself and carbon reps the wrong tracking information, it has been resolved, not here yet but at least know it is on its way. THanks for the help CarbonRyan!!

Can US players still order the iPhone? I believe I can always jailbreak it and use it on US networks, no?

I guess the new iPad will be available once our supplier offers it. If and when they advise us that they have begun carrying it, I will let everyone know.
In regards to the iPhone, no, US players cannot order it from our store as far as I am aware. Sorry.
