I have 2 bonuses. First time depositor and YPC promotional bankroll. I only got 1 of the bonuses last night when I reached 750 points. The first time I got both credited to me. Is only one bonus allowed?

And also, last night I did not receive any rakeback for my VIP status from what I have seen.

Neither are a very big deal to me. Just would like to know the policies and what could have occurred with the VIP rakeback last night. I would like it since I did some super big Omaha gambling haha.

Ok. I think this has been resolved. I guess I did get rakeback according to my account. Which I guess I overlooked or it appeared later. I just never received a pop up for it. And the other issue is I guess my bonuses are on different rotations since they were deposited at different times. Sorry for your time.

No bother at all; I'm just glad that everything is sorted out.
