I'll grant you it is nothing like the East Side with its full-on casino rooms and packed charity games in every community, but it is considerably better than it was just a few short years ago.
It used to be nearly a two hour drive to the nearest public game, now there are between three and eight tables nightly within 20 minutes, double that on weekends. If tourneys are your thing, you can play every night if you want, albeit at small stakes.
Has anyone heard any actual info on the rumors that Gun Lake will be adding a poker room in the coming year?
