There are people who play online poker in Michigan, just as they do across the country, at a risk they choose to take both from a legal and asset security point of view. They take the time to limit their exposure as best they can. I do wish something could be worked out ... WPT.com, as well as others, would be great to have access to IMO. GL
Exposure is indeed a big deal. I try to keep as little as possible in any one spot in case a site goes down. I have my online bankroll divided between two online sites and a bank account,
The problem, of course it that as you play higher stakes, you have to keep more on a site just to cover your buy-ins on the site for a short time period, and that amount gets bigger if you're multitabling.
There are no easy answers for navigating the mess that is online poker.
