Anybody else notice less and less people playing in the South Florida casinos? I play mostly at The Isles and the tournaments are getting smaller and smaller and the cash games are just the same regs everyday.

there is 5-10 at gulfstream nightly but its uncapped and srs buzinez

1-3 at mardi gras runs semi regularly but with a 5 dollar bring in and 10 dollar button straddle it might as well be 5-5

2-5 at hardrock runs sometimes and is actually the tamest of the three, but runs the least often.

Hey,

Was wondering if anyone could give me a little bit of advice, I'm going to be in L.A in late FEB and will ofc take a little trip to Vegas (impossible to be 45mins flight from vegas and not go :P)

Miami/Florida one place in america I've always wanted to visit, I've also heard great things about the poker there, so thinking of taking a trip down, do you know if they still have that rule where you can buy in for $1kmax? would anyone have any advice on where best to stay/play?

Also do you reckon it would be best to go early feb or early march (is that "spring break" time?)

Yes, I live in South Beach and I regularly play at the casinos here. 1-2 and 2-5 are easy to find. 5-10 a little bit harder, but still spread often enough.

I'm in the area for the weekend and I'd like to play 1-2. I care more about convenience and softness than luxury and the closest poker room seems to be Coconut Creek. Is that where you would recommend?

If you're near Coconut Creek, I'd recommend The Isle.

The Creek has 9 man tables, which I don't like, and most games are played short handed.

The Isle probably averages twice as many games. Busier room, nicer amenities, better dealers if you ask me.

The Isle is at the corner of Powerline Road and Atlantic Blvd. 1/2 block south on Powerline on the east side.

They have a twitter account which I believe is used for updating game statuses. Also, from what I hear they are looking into the bravo live app
