The hero decides to jam (I say jam lightly because he tried to buy in for 30 bb) a 5-5-6 flop with 3-4 against a complete lag tard who owned him and snap called with pocket 4's. Thats the way I envision the hand going down.

Sorry about the misinformation on the Sunday tourney. I got it out of the phamplet they have in the casino. Do you play cash at tv or only casino royal? I think we have played at gsr in some tournies. Would like to meet you sometime. Are the cash games at casino royale better than tv? Games at tv are pretty juicy once you figure out the regulars.

I've been playing at capitol since black friday. They've got amazing dealers and service, and all the players are pretty friendly. 2-5 is always running and insanely soft, like for sure anyone that can beat 5cent/10cent online will have no problem winning here. It is in a really shady part of town, but they've always got security out there, and it seems pretty safe inside the casino. The stuff about people being followed home and robbed is kind of scary I guess, since I always play there at night and leave at like 3-4am.

I used to play at TV every day until last week. My name is Jake (5"10 and chin only facial hair, Irish looking) and I play 1-3 and 2-5 (albeit very poorly at present). Stop by and say hi if I know you.. I might try Capitol someday since I may be moving downtown this summer.

Fun fact: on page 1 of this thread TheGreenMile mentioned a TV 2-5 hand where villain 4-bet shoved Td4d for ~70BB. I snap called him with AdKd on that hand (he was on tilt for sure) and lost when he hit the 4!!!

Hi, decently long time observer of 2+2 but never actually posted. I was a reg at 200nl on stars and a pretty steady winner..

Been playing 1-2 at Casino Royale since Black Friday. It seems really soft but I've managed to be break-evenish. I think I might be having bit of adjustment issues to live games since I've never played live before this or it could just be that I haven't put in enough hands in to let the variance settle down.

Would be nice to get to know some regs from 2+2 here.. even though I doubt any of you waste time on 1-2. The rake is ridiculous, but I don't have the live roll to play higher...

PS: I'm a UC Davis student if anyone else also go to UCD.

I've been going maybe 3 times a week for about 5 hour sessions between 3pm-10pm. I'm Asian about 6ft tall and 160lb or so. I'm friends w/ Chris or Matsamuy from here and UCD if you know him.

I've only played strictly 1-2 so that's why you mighta not have seen me. I'm about to head down there right now for a session and dinner lol.

So if you seen an Asian kid at 1-2 that looks kinda too young to be there, that's most likely me haha.
