Don't forget about PLO Thursday in Folsom!! Game has run 5 weeks in a row now for about 7 hours per night. I really shouldn't even post about it anymore but what the hell.

So, in case you missed the debacle on Twitter. I would highly advise against any hiring of coaches who "claim" to crush but attempt to sell shares in donkaments at 300% markup and then when asked for results backing up claims gets blocked.

A 150k Hendon Mob dating back 10 months shows me you have ran hot in a short sample. Stop trying to scam people Loncar.

It's a pretty absurd situation, but the most absurd part is that he seems to have more support than the person who knows more about markup and the poker economy than just about anyone and who is only looking out for the poker economy/community.

Julien misspoke. It was 1.3 and it was public. He originally put it out auction-style, but then backed off that.

Of all the tournaments to get all up-in-arms about a guy selling action at 1.3, this one is pretty silly. A $425 re-entry with a large guarantee with one of the largest fields in Northern California is the perfect tournament for an experienced grinder to charge that amount.

Hell, if I was selling action to that I would probably charge the same amount and I'm terrible.

I've decided I'm going to make a YouTube video to explain this because I think it's pretty obvious that this is a real problem.

everything you just said is fine.

Its the fact you admit you are terrible where Loncar does not. See what I mean?

Am I missing something here other than 2 people have a major issue with this? If it's that big of deal why are not more voicing out on this?

It's a fairly commonly discussed issue. Limon blasts people on here and Twitter etc for the same thing all the time.

Some people may care but just aren't vocal enough to make a big deal out of it like UCD, but make no mistake it's a scam any way you slice it.

If you really care about the poker community, your attacking a problem that isn't even a problem. Guys can sell at what they want no questions asked. It will NEVER ruin poker. Maybe you should attack issues that will actually ruin poker. Here's a good example. How about re entries and how a full rake is taking out of every entry? That has more of a chance of ruining poker than a guy selling at 1.3 into a $400 with one of the softest fields. I sell at 1.15- 1.3. I sell out everytime. Pretty funny because I usually sell out faster than it takes me to write it up. So when the time comes and poker is no longer around, at least I can fall asleep with a smile on my face knowing that my 1.3 MU on a $425 has deflated the poker world #TheBradyofPoker

O so because you think he is terrible, that obviously means he is a terrible player. We all should bow down and listen to you. Because your opinion means what? That you don't have a life and your trolling a guy because he sold to a very soft tournament at a reasonable mark up for that field and being an above avg player. And I'm pretty sure in that tournament his roi is roughly over 50% so again, Who are you? Exactly your just like us, a nobody. So when your ready and wanna step down from your pink stuffed unicorn, feel free to do so.

Whoever it is they made some valid points and you have nothing to say about them except berating who you "think" it is. Well played UCD

In the end, I can care less what you or I think is right or wrong on this issue. It's not something that is going ruin poker for me. I'll still wake up everyday and enjoy life as it is.
My main issue is how you guys approach social media and think it's here to hide behind and criticize others because you don't agree and not get reprimanded for being a puss. You 2 have no right to attack a guys character and blast him for doing what? So stop being the lil snatches you are and move on to bigger issues besides a 1.3 MU for a donkament you fishy trolls.

Never claimed to be literate on a phone with predictive text.
And as far as his penis, I can't help that. It's what I like to do. It's 2015 penis sucking is acceptable, so you can't fight me on that.

Predatory selling is wrong, but it's a grey area when we start arbitrarily judging people's skills vs markup. Personally, I've bought a decent amount of action over the past few years, when I see someone selling high, I just don't buy. If I'm asked by that person why I didn't buy, I usually just tell them. As far as this specific case, I don't see enough with what Michael tweeted that would make it appropriate to blast him publicly. I try to stay away from publicly judging others intent in these matters. (Privately is a whole other ballgame)

My view, if your going to sell on a social network at a markup and choose not to state the rate in your post, you are being deceptive. I'm not saying you are shady, it just looks that way. It's your right to offer yourself in any way you choose, but when bad players sell pieces to non poker people at rates that aren't profitable, the poker community loses. I just don't think that loss is worth fighting for by publicly calling those players out.

Ten years ago the standard poker deal was 50/50 or 40/60 with no makeup and slowly over the years the market has corrected. The people that are still investing at 1.3 in $425 re-entries aren't smart investors and will be weeded out in the long run. If you think you are worth 1.3, good for you, just don't come asking me for a stake.

And folks, if you talk about being around for years grinding and need to sell yourself by using catch phrases like "dm me if you want to get rich", your probably bad at poker. Most decent players that have grinded for years have multiple avenues to sell and don't need to isolate randoms to sell to. Selling yourself as some great opportunity is likened to being a snake oil salesman.

That being said, hmu if you guys want a piece of my HPT TV at 2.1mu. I'm really good, I've played for years, plus I believe in myself, my mom said I'm the best player she knows. I guarantee we probably win.

Ok so the dead giveaway that the poster was Sean drake was not the grammar but two things.

1. He sells out action faster than he can post.

2. He still allows his phone to advertise what model it is when posting in his forum. hi Sean! (Social media and iPhone hater)

As much as all the attention this topic has gained bugs me it has made for great entertainment and I am looking forward to watching the YouTube video.

Oh and Sean had a great point. Charging rake for re entries hurts way more than 1 guy selling at high MU. Wish more players spoke out against higher fees and hidden 3% extra rake. And the WSOP circuit events are getting almost sinful. But how else will the WSOP afford to make barbers bracelets.
