Taking a long weekend to NM in mid-April - what's the likelihood of poker being a thing by then in regards to COVID restrictions?

I just drove through NM. The only casino even OPEN is Route 66, and the neon sign outside says NM Residents only. And they DO check ID as you enter. I did stop for gas there, and its pretty clearly marked and enforced.
There is no Bravo action at any NM poker room.
I am unsure if Sandia, or Isleta, is reopened. None of the little casinos along I-40 are open.
Heading out to ABQ in September most likely. Figure things should be normal enough by then.
Will be my first time playing casino since I've started playing. Will be practicing online and doing as much homework as feasible before then.
That said... What's the best bet in the area for a beginning player? Sandia is super convenient, but willing to make the drive to the others near town if it's worth it.
We’re almost a poker black hole in NM. Sandia is the busiest room still, but $2-5 doesn’t run anymore since they made the $1-3 games “match the biggest stack”…most of the games will have at least one $1k+ stack… 5-6 games on weekends. There is a $5-10 NL playing deep once or twice/week.
Isleta poker is back open but $1-3 is their regular night game and two tables max.
