I am pretty sure their website says 2017. Doesn't say when in 2017.

MGM Springfield is scheduled to open Sept 2018.

Wynn Boston Harbor finally has steel going vertical. I think it is scheduled for May 2019.

Puck that's great news. I haven't checked this thread for a couple weeks so I guess I missed the news.

Do you have a picture of what your chips will look like. Also, I'm still pushing for cards that are not jumbo index!!!

I suggest something like these. I took a picture of some cards I bought. They were used at the 2015 WSOP.

Narrow, regular index cards.

Can't wait until you open.

the town Planning Board has forwarded the zoning change to town meeting vote on 3/15... The day after the vote, some resident posted a poll about the gaming zoning change in NH on the Salem NH FB page (2000+) members. the poll closed 24 hours later.... winning by a margin of 179-4.... looks mighty positive

Our engineers are going gang busters to be ready for hammer and nails on the 16th, and we plan to really open up the employment sign-ups in Feb....

Thanks for the update.

Would the room still be at the same spot you were thinking about last year?

I think you'll do just fine but I'd still be all over social media to get the word out. Promos don't seem to matter as much if you've been paying attention to River card room that opened in nashua with a 100k BBJ with something like aces full of queens or better and they still can't fill a single table.

Table shufflers? Would be sick. I've heard the room in Nashua (not BB) has them but zero games seem to run.

Edit- I guess it's the river room I'm thinking of.

Do they really have a 100k bbj and only aces full Q's?!?!

I dealt the 2015 WSOP and these Modiano cards were aweful compared to your run of the mill Copag. They wouldn't hold up to an Omaha tournament and would bend and get creased very easily.

Workng on table specs.... Space is no issue. 8' or 9' ? While I like the 9's. Seems like many if the dealers at Foxwoods struggle with the big tables ....

I would guess we might do what everyone else in NH is doing.... Might not tho. Working on programming and logistics over next 60 days....

Can remember a Foxwoods $300 event several years ago..... 40 tables had 11 players... Lol..... Insanity

I vote for the larger 9' tables.

Love the extra space between players when 9 handed. I think they are a must if you have the floor area for them, and they are really the only option if you want to have something on hand to comfortably seat 10 handed.

The courtesy line at Foxwoods on those tables is a little far from the box for some dealers, maybe at your joint it could be moved a couple inches closer?

At Orlenes, a lot of the dealers use croupier sticks...... Also thinking about small one on felt that signifies players seat space .....

9 Foot Table with betting line that are enforced. That way the chips are within reach of the dealer and the players have space.

Also, adjustable chairs like Mohegan would be a power move, but they are probably costly.

You are in the Boston area. Which one do you choose Manchester, Hampton or Nashua? That gives you an answer.
