If their Las Vegas results are any benchmark, people are going to park there *anyway* to give money to the Casino. They might as well get an extra $10 or $15 out of each car. In LV at least parking is free for Pearl and above.
The BIG difference - from a poker standpoint - is that
SO FAR...MGMNH has shown no inclination to giving poker players tier credits or mlife level credit based on poker hours played. So in LV, poker players that play even a bare minimum amount of hours could make Pearl or even Gold (which would get you free valet too). IIRC it was 75 or 150 hours played in a year.
MGMNH just has shown no progress on this front after...14 months? IMO I wouldn't count on anything like this happening at MGM NH. Too much of a captive audience. But I would love to be proven wrong.
But then again, parking is millions in free revenue for them. In fact MGM just announced on their recent investors call that they are actually raising their LV parking rates - again - at a few of their resorts.
FWIW I agree with you. But I dont work for MGM corporate lol.
