Just got mine too

I didn't fancy spending the 10k FPPs so I had to endure some ZOOM PLO to get up to Silverstar.

Now I need to do some serious drinking at the free bar to get my monies worth

Re: London

If this thing ends at 4ish, what are the chances of a 10/20 mixed game getting started at the Vic (or anywhere else for that matter) at 4:30-5pm on the Saturday?

I'm going to presume it will be very unlikely

Re: London

I don't play that high but the horse games at the vic are only a select few and it's 75/150 limit I think. I think you would be as likely to see a UFO in central
London as a 10/20 mixed game on a Saturday afternoon.

This. I would play it if it ran though

rake would be a killer, i believe £15/30 has been played before but min £25/50 to bring some action/players AND not necessarily from the higher £75/150

on average, on a table of 9, there is say 1 or 2 good players, 1 or 2 average players, and the rest are just ubber fish!

i have booked decent wins 7/10 visits, and 2 of the losing sessions where pretty similar, where i get it all in with the nuts, and lose to a runner runner, or a two pair hand hitting 4 outers. i sat and waited both times, but once the luckbox fish left with all the money, i went too and called it a night.

its extreme value, just take your time to learn who the rocks/regs are and avoid them, and youll be fine

Re: London

Anybody have any idea how many runners the Palm Beach in Mayfair get for their midweek £250/£300 freeze outs? NOT the Big Game

Re: London

I heard two tables or so a while back. Usually more than 12 but less than 25. Not sure if that's still true.

Re: London

Anyone at the Vic have a clue why Jenny the dealer (cute, dark brown hair, smiles a lot) says Strudel instead of Straddle?
