Does anyone still play there? How much longer before it shutters?
CJA's poker room Gross Receipts for July 2013 (Hialeah's poker room opened during Aug, 13) were $416,744. Last July they were $220,890 (down 47%) and this July they were $101,163 (down 53.3%)
For the fiscal year July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013 their Gross Receipts were $4,615,131. For the fiscal July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014 their poker room Gross Receipts were $3,156,627 (down 31.6%). For the fiscal year July 2014 through June, 2015 their poker room gross receipts were $2,339,315 (down 25.89%).
What does it cost to operate a poker room?
