The legendary atarirob went busto after the dinner break. It was a rollercoaster of a tournament. Bricked damn near every hand in O8 and lose half my stack. Got rolled up heads in stud8 twice to get me back near average everytime. Blahhh..

I had two really good players, two old men that couldn't read their hands, and two older ladies that I was flirting with the whole night "don't worry dear, blonde hair and big tits never go out of style". We were amused by how awful the dueling piano shoe is at the Palazzo. Shocked someone gets paid to sing so off key.
The free drinks and free shots were really taking it's toll after about 8 hrs, once the seal was broken it was a battle to run to the bathroom. I usually did this during the stud round since the hands take longer to play out. I died during Omaha. With 5bb, Ah3ThQ vs A2xx with two clubs. I got clubbed and couldn't bink a 2 for low.
I had fun but im with a pretty grumpy tournament nit. His logic on tournament play and why cash isn't a good way to make money is draining on me. I wish I recorded his rant on why you should limp JJ with 8bb at a FT near the money bubble. I guess you can find a laydown.

Sorry, bro. Wish the cards and the singing had been better. Lol on your pick up lines for the old ladies.

Back at it as of 2 pm. We've already lost 5 players. 3 away from the money. Won my first hand to get over 50 k. Just flopped nut flush with ace 2 7 j ds on 5 10 k board all spades, river pairs the 5, I lose to k 5.

I can attest to Rob setting the drinking pace. He even got his Jamison and his beer in to go cups from the restaurant at the dinner break!

Re: Detroit

Out in 13th place for 532. Went out in stud8 round. All in on 6th street with a a 7 7 2 4 vs 6 6 a 2 7 10, I catch a jack, he catches a 3rd 6. If I scoop that pot I think I'm 6th in chips with 13 left, with 3 real short stacks. May do a mini tr later.

Grats on the cash, Sevup. So dirty that he catches the only card that beats you and you miss the low. gg

He is going to have to make a bigger cash to sample Vegas's top shelf. Not the stuff you tap on Tropicana.
