Absolutely. Without question.
There is a lot of completely ******ed spewy play, but there are also negatives. The inability to table select in many rooms, the pure "you must hit a hand to win" reality of large fractions of the player pool without a fold button, and the limited hours are all issues.
When I look at my records, I get better hourly rates and lower variance in casinos that I do in charity rooms.
