1. Drunk guy flashes 6 on a 578 flop and after bet announces he got there. Discussed hands all night. I brought to dealer's attention. His response was that it hurt no one but the guy flashing and it is only bad etiquette not a rules violation. I call floor over and he informs guy not to show or announce hands again. Dealer decides to further discuss with me and tells me he has played more poker than I have thought about playing and was looking for confrontation (short dark haired white guy from S. Charleston).
2. Flop bottom two with 73 (BB) on A73 board. Make it $12, guy pushes $27, caller, Button announces that "I guess this is no good" flashes table and especially caller and mucks. I ask dealer what it was. He informs that no one saw. I told him no matter, if the cards were flashed then we needed to see them. He again reiterates no one saw. I'm like, "we need the floor". CO says it was A9, lets play. Dealer (black guy w glasses ~ 50) confirms. I push and everyone folds.
3. Dealer (black lady w glasses ~ 35) flips 5c and asks the guy if he wants to keep it. Table goes nuts.
4. Ten minutes later guy pushes $40 and big stack calls by setting out 20 redbirds. She cuts off 9 and pulls it in pot. I inform of error and in a nice manner tell her she needs to count down and not match stacks, deer in a headlight look, like I asked her to define quantum physics.
Overall, there were two dealers there in 20 hours of play that were pleasant to deal with. Others were overwhelmed by table or just plain ornery. Granted I did have on my Va Tech jersey. They have hired all WV dealers and trained them up in about 3 months locally and they are not ready for prime time. They wouldn't cut the rake at 5 handed. The rake is $5 per hand and $1 for the jackpot. Room is populated with older guys that buy in for $50 and wait for the bad beat. Only one $2-$5 table. Omaha is played NL @ $5-$10. Drive the extra bit to AC. This is horrible.
