Also, if Uber is still legal and running by the time you get to Budapest, I'd very strongly recommend it. I took it a bunch of times while I was there recently and the service was excellent and the prices unbelievably cheap (compared to US taxi and Uber pricing).
I don't know where miami used to be, but I checked the map and it seemed slightly closer to the central part of the city than where it used to be, but I'm also just familiar with the location, it's to the south sort of on the fringe, funny because it's real close to an old industrial complex where I've been a few times for a party.
I'll definitely take a look into Uber, I don't doubt it's cheap. The other option is the tram to the second tram; I don't love the tram, it also doesn't run after whatever hour, I forget when that is.
