I wouldn't stay inside AC for cheap unless you got comped rooms inside a casino. I stayed at a Ramada inside AC my first time and it was surrounded by boarded up buildings.

I would just google for hotels on the White/Black Horse Pike just outside of AC in Pleasantville, Absecon or Egg Harbor towns etc. I used to prefer to stay in Pleasantville as it had more bigger tower hotels instead of the two floor ones in Abescon.

This is just about the worst advice I've ever heard.

There are a couple of decent ones in these areas, but most of them are horrible.

Fire started under the boards yesterday at Resorts. I spoke with some of AC's bravest (incredible job putting it out) who indicated possible structural damage with many months of repair work needed. No reported injuries and only the board-front restaurants (margaritaville/eastwind) and DraftKings sportsbook were briefly evac'd so no lost time for any of the slot degens

I've never been diamond before, are any of the diamond lounges worth it at any CET properties? I'm just regular diamond so I think it's 1500 RC per person. How do they work? Are food and drinks free for you and your guest the whole time? Any other info would be appreciated. Thanks

Can someone also confirm if Laurel Lounge at Caesar's AC is open weekdays lately? I google a confliction on their website where one shows it only being open on Fri & Sat. Thanks

Yes, free drinks and food. The food usually isn't great, but it's fine. Drinks are fast flowing. Not a bad use of $15 comps/per person.
