Additionally, is the Hard Rock still tier matching with Diamond? Do you get anything?

Or Ocean Club next door.

Look at all those condo buildings on the beach. They are old hotels. Owners like to rent them out to pay the HOA fees.

Thanks a lot!!!

Don't have an exact number but took an Uber from Piscataway to the Philly airport recently, took 1.5 hrs and was $110 including tolls. So my guess is slightly less for AC to Philly, depending on where in Philly, since it'd be a slightly shorter trip.

There is a train that runs from Philly to AC, I believe it leaves from 30th Street Station, probably a lot cheaper.

Agreed to all the praise for A.C. assets, the beach communities and the seaside lure of Brigantine and Venture ,perhaps this comment should be set in the A.C.string. The ocean poker room is closed as of this time.Love to read up on the good spots for a fish fry or hotwings, pizza and cheese steaks and the jamming beach down near Stockton, god bless those co eds This year will be great on the beach just watch the A.C. thread but the Ocean shuffles no more.

Hello friends,

So tomorrow, it turns out I will be visiting the area, and since AC will only be an hour drive from where I'm going (originally from NYC), figured I would stop by and try to make due with what I have.

Turns out I'll only have 4ish buy-ins, so I'm trying to do all that I can (finding free parking, sleeping overnight in back of van, staying for multiple days), to try to make this as efficient as possible.

Are there any preferred cardrooms I should stop by at ? And I'm also in need for places where I actually don't have to pay for any parking.

What should I do ? Just gas and tolls should burn me for the most part, bit I figured that if I could somehow survive for 3 to 4 days ish, then maybe it'll be much more worth it at the end.

Thanks all.

Snagging a free or cheap room at the casinos will be tough over the next few days due to Friday being Valentines Day and then a long holiday weekend.

Maybe check out Air BnB?

Or one of the cheap motels outside of AC?

Thanks for the reply. Well, I was going to sleep in my car in one of the parking lots if I had to, would this be unadvisable ?

Well it's going to be below freezing at night, so not advisable.

That's great for others sitting near you at the table if you're staying multiple days and just sleeping in your car.

Looks like AC casinos had a really good January. Revenue is up and the NJ sports betting (and on-line gambling) seems to be working.

Is there an accurate list of resort fee pricing for AC casinos? Saw one with Borgata at $17 but It’s actually $22. Heard Ceasers properties now charge $27?!!

First trip to the Atlantic City at the end of April ( Thu-Su). I will stay at Harrahs;I have Ceasars Diamond and will try to match that to Mlife Gold at Borgata( is it still working?).
I play 2/5 or 5/10 but it appears that those games only run at Borgata.
Any tournament series or good nightly tourneys 04/23-04/26?
How is weather and how busy it is at the end of April?

In an environment where people come in contact with money and chips its imperative that we up our effort to keep a bad germ out, and to show responsible behavior toward this bioproblem. When ever you can ,use the sanitizers provided by the house and know where the are ,Wash your hands often, please cover your mouth when you cough or sneeze. If case one(1) shows up in A.C. it will cripple this contact recreation. Till we find a vac ,please be mindful of the dangers.

It is a question of when, not if, COVID-19 comes to AC. Stay safe out there, OMC's!

Thank you for the PSA. New Yorkers who travel to AC please protect yourself and others, and I will do the same as a Marylander. I still have a room booked at Borgata next month and hopefully the virus scare has blown over by then
