Would like to hear your opinions on how to play that hand in general.
My approach was to close my eyes and hit the bet button as long as the board didn't run out terrible for me. It seems 5th is a clear call tho(?!)

I made a ppt sim afterwards and was pretty shocked about the big equity shift from 4th to 5th. Any idea why that is? More live 2pair outs+runner runner straights?

Both villains are not the best and seat 2 is pretty aggro spewy, seat 3 is rather passive.

I had seat2 on www (wheelcard)
z is a small card (6,5,4,3,2)

I don't understand goal of your simulation, but why ?
www instead of ww5h,
ZZ7d while 8 is L, not Z, so his real hand (rather good 3 to straight btw) out of sim range

You have to put your exact hole cards to get reasonable data out of the simulation, at least in this case.

Your results are not what you are expecting because your 'www' starting hand includes things like (22)5 and (44)4.

You are doing so well on 5th because you have two pair or even a full house a lot of the time, not because 235QQ is in good shape vs aces.

yes i haven't thought about that. www isn't the right syntax to use.

is there a syntax like "www!np" for no pair?

should i just flat 5th?

What does the "Z" hole card mean in the simulations?

My first thought was to just flat 5th but he prob isn't showing up with two pair here often. If even he does your not in bad shape

I freeze and call too often in this type of spot. Some Players reflexively bet out when your board runs scary , neglecting early street action. Good spot to sharpen up hand reading.
