there is a software that shows you all dead cards, but its forbidden on pokerstars and they already banned people for that.
please excuse the following ramble:
stud is neither a flop-game, nor is it a masstabling-game and thats the beauty of it.
why dont you just try to play it neat and get good reads on players by concentrating on the board-cards and using the replayer after the hand? just play 1-4 tables and actually get a clue how the game works instead of the "standard hud-bot ********"
is it so hard to understand that STUD is not like PLO/NLHE?
its not like having KK utg means raise and 4 bet, you have to look at the board,
is your pair hidden or split, are there any dead outs for your hand? is there an Ace nehind, etc etc....
anyway, there is some software for free that tracks wins and losses and a pokertracker-stud, which is not updated anymore and most likely doesnt run nowadays.

I've just played some stud games and I like it but I stopped playing it because first I need to know more about it. I'm reading at the moment a stud poker book and some online articels.
Of course I'm not looking for a software to "cheat" or get an unfair advantage. I'm looking for a training software which shows my handhistory and my good/bad moves like the SNG wizzard for push and fold. But stud might be too complex for that.
As I said before I'm new to this game and I want to learn the basic first before I start playing seriously.
