I agree with Fries - the last few days has seen the traffic pick up a bit. 2 x full 8 Game 4/8 tables plus 2/4 and 1/2 last night plus quite a few Razz tables with some higher games running recently too.

The standard is not that great (hey I'm playing!) so there is money to be made.

First question - does the bring-in on Stars need to be raised or do they have it right in your opinion (i.e. $0.30 for a $2/4 game)? I believe ACR would be $0.50 for similar stakes but not sure if that's the exception and don't recall what Full Tilt was.

Second question - can someone give me feedback on the hand below? No significant hands played with either Seat 3 or Seat 8 at this point and first round of Stud 8 I'm playing at this table.

just call pre. like if your hand weren't two clubs with zero clubs on board it's not really even a play for this ante structure.

i'd fold fourth, but it's because of the expectation that the 6A is gonna checkraise here virtually 100% of the time.

can't fold 5th, raise on 6th is good

betting river seems a bit thin but some low cards are out and the other two players will have high hands enough of the time you're getting some value here. plus since the K board didn't raise you in spite of 3 hearts, nobody can really raise you back here when you're showing this board. i think i'd wanna bet

The bring in is small for the betting structure but that doesn't make it unplayable in a fullish game. Play very snug and cut down on the limping unless you're getting mw action deep into hands regardless. The small ante will hurt sh, so starting should be harder and game should break faster, in theory. The rake, however, seems very high and makes limping less attractive generally.

I'd play this spot as raise or fold on 3rd unless you're getting lots of mw action deep into the hand w a call.

I'd fold 4th but think raising is much better than calling. Even if you're not a card behind, you have an 87 draw and don't want to invite in better lows.

@Munga30 @kisada thank you for feedback

Has anyone been able to get stud indicator working for PokerStars? After speaking with the SI support team they mentioned it was no longer supported on that site, curious if there's a hack fix here ... guessing Aurora broke it.

if we are playing a low limit S8 game

and we are going for low lets say a 7 low and we catch bad on 4th (like a 9+) and the wo presumable lows catch good. its an auto fold facing 1 bet? how good does our low need to be to see 5th in this situation? I am assuming doesn't matter tis is always an auto fold facing 3-4 villians

no, it's not an auto fold, depends if you have any high potential, whether or not you are closing the action on 4th or if not the likelihood of getting raised, how much money is in the pot, how 3rd was played etc

Too general of a question, just post hands
