How often does a 3 card low make a low?

Self explanatory question. I tried to find this out with google but no luck.
By the time 7 cards are out, how often will a hand like 245, 837, a23, etc make a low?

it doesn't help you much but without accounting for any other cards 48,6%

Any non paired 3-low: 48.2%

when would that be relevant. maybe if deciding whether to play if three ahead of you were all in and you knew they had mostly all high cards.
