Whether villain will x/c 7th UI (with a jack) is by far the biggest factor in determining the correct play here, and since his equity is just barely enough to make calling not be absurdly bad I expect even good players will have a wide variety of call down %ages, let alone the fish.

"standard" is a subjective term ldo, but be careful confusing it for "optimal" or "correct". I have seen many "standard" razz plays look absurd after closer investigation, just as many standard NLHE plays from 2006 would seem absurd today.
