I've always wanted to have open quads against Mike Caro. I would definitely bet the river and he has said he would always raise the river bet to represent a hand that can beat quads. (regardless of what he actually has)
I would three-bet.

IMO
It's a fold on 3rd in a tourney with a lot of holdem(=bad in S8) players.
It's a fold on 6th where you have more or less enough equity for cash (13%) but not for tourney.
