Should I just fold 5th?

Two Aces & two 6s dead should work in our favour though

I think your 4th street action is a bit too cautious. I'd bet/call 4th and donk a blank. As played calling down seems fine, yet painful, yes.

I don't understand why checking 4th is correct. Does betting it polarise our range so much that it's worth having the best hand check through? Our hand is face-up after we continue with any high card on 5th anyway...

Oh wait, villain will probably bet this 100% I guess, so the x/c is best because it's terrible when we get raised, even though we likely have the best hand now?
