there is at least one 5/10 table running and multiple 2/5 and 1/2 NL holdems each day

(5/10 in the afternoon/evening sometimes only) I do 2/5 but the 5/10 seems filled with mostly regs from what i have seen, lots of regs there in general who don't seem to care to much about winning just having fun.

Anyone know the blinds structures for the $550 PLO Championship on March 30th and the $1100 NLHE Championship on March 31 & April 1?

I was playing 2-5 PLO at Horsehsoe Hammond on Sunday, and it was a loose, great game. I guy i was sitting next to mentioned that the game you guys are talking about is even better. This game runs regularly? A Florida vacation may be in my immediate future.

Also, where is a good place to stay if i wanted to play here for a week or so?

I'll be coming in from out of town for the PLO, probably arriving about start time. Do I have to be concerned that it will be sold out by time I get there? Any way to buy my seat in advance from here?

i may be down in the ft. myers area in a few weeks for an extended period of time. can anyone tell me about the action on weekdays and weekends for 1/2 & 2/5 NLHE?

also, is there a cap of some type due to florida law? if so, what is it? and can anyone also explain some of the expectations i should have regarding playing rules in florida (as opposed to Atlantic City) specifically for NLHE?

are there other places to play close by instead of driving to the west coast Hard Rock?

much appreciated in advance.

Can't comment specifically on the day to day action here but I'll take a crack at the other ones:

No buy-in cap, that was eliminated July 2010. Most rooms now have a buy-in max of some sort on each game 5/10 and lower, but nothing state mandated.

As far as rules, I have played pretty much everywhere, there aren't really any unique rules per se, other than a couple rooms on the West coast you must showdown in an all-in situation, similar to TDA style ruling.

If you are in Ft. Meyers the only two places close that I know of, other than here and Tampa Hard Rock, would be Sarasota Kennel Club and Immakolee, both similar driving distance of a little over an hour. I would choose SKC over Imakolee 100/100 due to the terrible smoke filled room, spanish speaking tables, etc... Plus SKC actually has a NLH game over 1/2.

I liked this room for the PLO games, but unfortunately did not have an opportuntity to play NLH.
