I glanced to my right from 93N at the site on my way to my friends cookout. Saw a bunch of cranes. And noticed it took me longer to get there than to TR from Braintree. I didn't realize Saturday at noon was rush hour. Although I am very excited for the Wynn.

Traffic thru Boston and every major city at anytime 24/7 is easily backed up with the tiniest issue.....
Side bar: try getting from Boston to the Rt 24 split any day after 1:30 PM......

Traffic sucks everywhere! Need the Jetsons mode of travel!

As far as food comps, Wynn LV was $2/hr but I think has gone down to $1.50/hr now. You have to activate them to use at restaurants, similar to MGM properties. If ordering at the table the waiter just takes your card.

Wynn LV also has a reasonable poker room rate if you play enough. In general players are treated exceptionally well. I'm sure this property will be just as well run.

they are uber smart, i'm sure comps, room offers and promo's will all be tailored to fit their occupancy and marketing needs..

Watching the morning news the other day, and apparently now the supposedly June 2019 is the actual target opening date. Sure - that still seems really, really far away; but considering that the time between now and then is roughly the same time that's elapsed since James Gandolfini died, it's not actually that long in the grand scheme of things.

Southern NH is closest. Twin River about 1 hour away in RI. Rockingham Park is the closest but you need to hurry.😎

You can also get to Foxwoods in a couple of hours and Seabrook and Hampton Falls are good rooms and close if you are North of the city.

Rockingham may not be closing for another week, but it may as well be closed already.
