This is a new casino located alongside the I-40 20 miles east of Flagstaff, AZ. It is opening this weekend and will include a 12 table poker room. I think they will have more travelers playing than locals considering that Flagstaff is quite small, there are no other major cities nearby, and it is located on a major east-west cross-country route. It seems like a likely stop for gamblers traveling by car to Las Vegas from New Mexico/Texas. I am not sure what poker games they will get although I'd imagine something like a 4-8 LHE and 2-100 spread limit hold 'em would be most likely to sustain themselves.

I am not sure when I will get a chance to check it out although hopefully soon since it is only a couple hours north of Phoenix. I would like to hear about the experiences of anyone who happens to attend the grand opening.

I, too, would be curious to find out what games they will be regularly spreading and how busy they are in the poker room there. Hopefully, someone will post in here after visting the poker room as Twin Arrows and give us a report. I realize they just opened this weekend, but it would be cool to at least find out something about the room.

I was speaking to someone at an omaha table at the Orleans earlier today and they said it is a very nice room. He visited earlier this month...apparently they had a soft opening prior to the grand opening. He said when he went there was just 3-6 hold 'em going.

It's a nice room, but it's pretty dead as of now. They have tournaments apparently, but I can't find a schedule online and every time I call the poker room asking for a concrete schedule they claim one will be out in the near future.

Edit: Also their facebook page claims there will be a $60k guaranteed tourney over July 4th weekend, but no details on buyin or anything.

There are shuttles from Flagstaff, and I think Winslow. Not sure on price but pretty cheap I think.

Did it close down? In the area and was wanting to check it out, but can't find a mention of it on their site.
