Anyone have information on the tournament leaderboard? How much it pays and how many points do you usually need to make the money at the end of the 2 months?

Wanna bump this up. Big main event is this Saturday whose going? I'll be there, anyone out there right now wanna update us on the action currently? I know there are a bunch of satelites to the main all week as well as other tournaments. Just curious to know how the cash games are running and at what limits.

Any help would be appreciated, and again email me da35ve23@hotmail.com or PM me if you wanna meet up out there. I'll be there Friday night around 10pm and staying all weekend and I got a room.

Any 2+2rs gonna be there I'd love to meet up or whatever.

Went to the Stone this weekend, and the cash games are super soft. I played 2/5 nlhe, but there were plenty of 1/2 nlhe tables, one 5/10 limit Omaha, a couple 1/2, 2/4, and one 20/40 limit hold'em tables. I'll probably not be back until friday, but the HPT always seem to bring tons of fish to the cash games.

1/2 limit? I highly doubt that.

Was the 5/10 the same O8 game that have been going off every weekend for a while?

Wondering if the tournament they're having there (Heartland PT, I think?) affects the cash game room. I'll be there Saturday night, not for the tourny. I was there the last two nights playing 1/2nl but the tournament is Saturday (tonight).

My mom lives on one of the Finger Lakes. I'd like to make a trip to Turning Stone while on vacation there.

I see TS spreads 6-max NLHE. Sounds like a great game, how popular are those tables? What kind of rake do you pay for 6-max?

Also, what is the phone number for the poker room? Couldn't find it on the Web site. Thanks!

Dang, another good idea shot to hell.

Do you have a phone number for the poker room? If not, could you get it next time you're there and post it here? Thanks in advance.

Up in the hills for family summer trip, thinking about visiting TS. It's about 1.5 hrs or more from where I'm at-- is it worth it? Don't care about ambience or vibe, just available games.

Will I find more than one 2-5 or higher table there, say, on a Wednesday or Thursday afternoon? Is it generally busier when the kids make their way back to school?
Thanks

I played there last summer and found the room quiet during the early afternoon and busy from around 5. A lot of players come in after work and the local military bases also pour in players.

The State Fair moves into Syracuse soon, and you will see players from around the state come in for a day or two usually mid afternoon. As you close on the weekend tables really get going around noon (3ish on Friday) and it gets very crowded with waits as you approach 8-9pm.

Again this was a year ago but I can't imagine a change.

I'm heading up there tonight as it seems like a good place to play some 1/2 NL while the hurricane passes over my place. Not that Irene looks to damage my area too seriously, but I'm thinking playing pokerz>>sitting in the dark.
