Two tables of 20/40 HORSE last week. Didn't get the 8/16 O8 game on Sunday though, probably because of Mother's day. Tomorrow will be interesting to see if they get 2 or more tables of 20/40 again.

FYI, full 20-40 HORSE game most of the night last night. 13 or 14 different people ended up playing in the game, in all.

The 20/40 HORSE game continues strong on Wednesdays. The 10/20 OE game with half kill on Sundays is pretty strong.
They also now start NL cash games on Sundays around noon.

My friend and I went to "the tank" twice in Feb, he's trying to do some promotion. I enjoyed the room and the people and think the casino should hire some of the dealers. My one minor complaint is on the website they said games usually start around a certain time. Both times we showed up at said time and had to wait over an hour to get the game going. Shelton (I think he owns it) was really nice both times about letting us know what was up but it was still pretty annoying.

Minor? Maybe, but I found it really annoying and disrespectful to the time of the people who showed up based on the time on the website.

Now to end with a positive. The player fee is a steal! I've heard people at the casino grumble about how the games at "the tank" play too deep for 1/2. Whether or not you agree, I think it is an illustration of just how much $ the casino is taking off the table every hour. I pretty much only play 2/5, even though I'm not a pro by any stretch, I still want to win. Not sure how anyone is winning at 1/2 with the rake at casino.

Looking like there will be a 20/40 Holdem/Omaha8/OmahaHi on Fridays at the tank. They got it off this past Friday.

I played the Friday Limit Game a few weeks back, but it was 15/30 and not 20/40. Still a great game and I hope it continues to go regularly.

Also, they have a promotion going on for their NL games where for every 10 hours you play you earn a raffle ticket towards Cash prizes ranging between $1,000 - $5,000. I don't think they have as many hours from players as anticipated this month, so I'd recommend getting yourself a ticket or 2. The promotion ends April 5th and they draw winners on the 6th. Probably somewhere between a 1% - 2% chance of winning between $1,000 - $5,000, and if you have multiple raffle tickets you can win more than once.

Hope everything is ok, just saw they canceled their 15k guaranteed.

Um, no? 71(?) entries and $16K in the prize pool. All while the casino running a similar buy-in $125K gtd multiday event.

Oh weird on my twitter feed it said the saturday tourney was canceled. Glad to hear everything is fine! I could have sworn the date was yesterday but my eyes are going bad!

Eyes are fine. I didn't realize the evening tournament got cancelled. Apparently had no one there for the first 20 minutes or something. I don't have details.

But the big event was fine.

They had the Conclusion of their Spring tournament series on Saturday which was super deep stacked and had a 15K guarantee. Many of the Saturday nightly regulars were in the 15K still at the time when the Saturday nightly tournament was scheduled to start and they only had 4 people at 6:30 (30 minutes after normal start time). They made the decision to cancel the nightly tournament around that time.

As mentioned, the 15K hit the guarantee.

Edit: The 10/20 Omaha 8 game last night at the tank was great, almost had enough for two tables.

So the Tank is starting cash games on Fridays during the day. Starting around noon.
Still have 10/20 HORSE on Wednesdays and 1/2 PLO on Tuesdays is very strong.

I haven't played here much lately does anyone know about what time the weekly tournaments finish?

Between midnight and 1AM seems average to me. Fridays tournament goes a little bit longer as the blind structure is a little more conducive.

What is the buy-in for 1/2? Ill be in Columbus next week, thinking of playing poker on Monday night (If I have time) either here or at Hollywood.

Monday they run 1/2 no limit with a $5 BB ante. Max buy is $500 or 75% big stack. Rest of week is normal 1/2 with $300 Max buy or 75% big stack

Does anyone know if the 10-20 HORSE game or other fixed limit games still run regularly? How does the fee work since there is no rake? Thanks.

Yes, it does, every Wednesday starting at 6 PM. You pay the $25 use fee to play and that's it as far as the rake is concerned.

10/20 O8 with half kill on Sunday nights also.

Went to the club for the first time in years tonight. Played the Friday night tournament. There were about 80 entries including rebuys! It was great to see the place thriving.
The atmosphere was very friendly. This is a great place to play. When I left there were three 1/2 NL tables running, with very deep stacks for many players.
